- How do I sign up for a service?
- Simply click the sign-up or register buttons for the service you are interested, and then follow the prompts.
- How do I cancel the service?
- There are several ways to cancel your subscription:
- Log in to your TextMovers website account and use the unsubscribe button in your subscription preferences for each service you'd like to unsubscribe
- Reply UNSUB TXTMV to any one of the messages received. Please note this will remove you from all TextMovers services
- Send a request for cancellation using our Contact Us form. We will remove you from the services you request to be removed from within 48 hours.
- How much do TextMovers services cost?
- It costs you nothing to sign-up for our services and we do not charge you any fees. The only cost to you is the standard text messaging rate that your carrier charges. If you are not receiving unlimited text messaging at this time, we encourage you to check it out with your carrier. The plans are getting very cheap and there seems to be a lot of cool services coming out using text messaging. If we decide to include a premium service in the future, the charges will be extremely clear prior to you signing up.
- What is a premium service? Do you have any premium services?
- Premium services are any content service that charges fees above the standard rates your carrier charges for text messages. No, we do not have any premium services at this time.
- Is TextMovers a professional service?
- NO. Please be absolutely clear that all information provided by TextMovers is not professional advice. Please be safe and discuss all health related topics with a healthcare professional prior to performing any action, taking any medications or drugs, or making lifestyle changes. Do not assume that it is safe or acceptable for you as an individual to perform any action that may be communicated to you through our services. The information provided is for a generalized audience.
- How many text messages will I be receiving?
- Each service has a different purpose and therefore the number of messages can vary. Please be sure to read the description of each service for more information.
- Why did I receive two messages instead of one?
- Occasionally, we will have some good information that simply can not be conveyed in one message, so we break it into two. We do our best to limit content to a single message.

- Why is there an advertisement at the bottom of my message?
- TextMovers does not charge you to use the service, but ads are serviced on the message to fund the operation. Ads are small snippets on the bottom of messages preceded by a *.
